Patients must apply personally, no action is taken before the patient comes himself.
Before starting the examination, you must inform us if you have chronic diseases or pregnancy / breastfeeding.
Please do not take medicine for debt, it is not prescribed. The physician will write the medication he deems appropriate.
Always show your identity card when you enter the polyclinic. By memorizing your Tc ID number, we ask everyone about their identity so that nobody is examined and you do not pay the fee.
A rest report is not given to a person who is not sick. When you are sick, the physician gives as much rest as he sees fit. Do not insist on time.
Children under the age of 18 can be examined, but their reports are delivered to their parents or teachers.
For employment reports, apply to the workplace doctor with whom you will work.
If you are pregnant or have a pregnancy suspicion, please contact your family doctor or midwife.
In case of pregnancy, first go to your family doctor and then to the obstetrician.
Please report miscarriage or preterm birth to your family doctor.
Consult your GP for heel blood on the 4th or 5th day when your baby is born.
Hepatitis B vaccine will be given at the hospital on the day your baby is born. Then, they will have the vaccinations at the end of 1-2-4-6-9-12-18 and 24th months. Click on CALCULATE VACCINE CALENDAR button in the menu for details of vaccines.
Inform your Family Physician about any positive / negative developments related to your health.
Military Examinations are carried out by Family Physicians. Those who will go to the military will apply to their family physician with the examination form they will receive from the Military Service.
