IX. Incorporate your findings into your records
X. If you detect a problem in the child during your evaluation, act according to the relevant instructions, refer the child to a specialist when necessary (AŞ19)
XI. Answer the family's questions and provide leaflets with recommendations provided
XII. Make an appointment for a check up 6 months later.
