III. IV. Measure Hb and / or Htc in order to evaluate the anemia of the child during the 5th age follow-up and record the result in the system.
V. Pay attention to the attitudes and behaviors that suggest that the child may be neglected or abused in the story, background and child-family relationship (Y20a). When evaluating physical examination findings, do not ignore the possibility of abuse and / or neglect (Y20b)
VI. If there is a problem you have detected in previous follow-ups, re-evaluate it.

IX. If you detect a problem in the child during your assessment, act according to the relevant instructions, refer the child to a specialist when necessary.
X. Answer the family and child's questions and provide leaflets with recommendations given
